Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or phone message.
Tour Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
Tour Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to:
- Weather conditions (sandstorm, rain, or extreme heat)
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Minimum group requirements not met
- Government restrictions or directives
In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Changes & Rescheduling
Guests may request to change the tour date/time at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Liability
- All participants join the tour at their own risk.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
- Dune bashing and other adventure activities involve some risk. Customers with medical conditions, pregnant women, and children should inform us in advance.
Pickup & Drop-off
- Timings may vary depending on location and traffic.
- Guests must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time. Delays may result in tour cancellation without refund.
Children & Safety
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Seat belts must be worn during dune bashing for safety.
Payments
Full payment must be made before the start of the tour. Payment options will be shared upon booking.
